    Mom you are in heaven now, but all your children and grandchildren and great grandchildren and family will miss you forever. You were always such a loving lady since I knew you 25 years ago and Richie knew you forever. I am so glad that I was a part of such a wonderful woman’s life. Jerilynn Alice Anderson of Arvada passed away peacefully on September 14, 2011 after a brief battle with cancer. Survivors include sister Sondra (Richard) Reed of Hartley, Delaware, brother Mark (Louise) Vander Lee of Dover, Delaware, son Richard (Lynn) Carrino of New Jersey, son James (Tina) Carrino of Idaho Springs, Colorado, daughter Franki (Rob) Hall of Arvada, Colorado, daughter Tammi (Gary) Rogers of Fredrick, Colorado, son Robert (Cori) Anderson of Federal heights, Colorado, and daughter Samantha (James) Cassidy of Aurora, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her father and mother Hank and Olive VanderLee, her son Ronald Carrino, and her cat Stupie. Jeri was born in Staten Island, New York on September 10, 1942, yet lived in Colorado most of her life. A caring and compassionate person, Jeri dedicated her life to helping others. She was a home health care provider who touched the lives of many families. She was loving, strong willed, and had a great sense of humor. She loved to cheer on her Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies. Fiercely independent throughout her life, she was unselfishly dedicated to her family, friends, and work. She was the proud grandmother of Sara, Michael, Joseph, Michelle, Nicholas, Michael, Vikki, Scott, Jessica, Ashley, Michele, Brittany, Mariah, Justin, Teri, Josef, and Alan, and the great-grandmother of Jacob, Kaylee, Aris, Jacob, Cloe, and Emma. Aunt of Richard, Jenna, Jamie, and David. Great Aunt of Brianna and Caleb. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. “I do not fear death itself. I realize that death is as much a reality as birth, growing, maturity, and old age. It is the one certainty of life.” Jeri Anderson, September 8th, 2011.
